ONE YEAR PRORATED WARRANTY STATEMENT

We offer a one (1) year or twelve month prorated warranty on some of our repairs and maintenance services. We also offer better warranties, up to and including our now world wide web (WWW) Famous "24 month/24,000 mile" warranty option at your request at the time of repair.

The offer of our one (1) year prorated warranty that you chose or are choosing is made to reduce costs to you, and does not constitute any implied quality. The quality you are or are not receiving is implied by the parts manufacturer as to the lasting durability of the product installed on your auto. We will not be responsible or liable for the safety or reliabilty of the installed parts or associated labor or the materials or towing if this or these parts may fail. This warranty option only covers the failure of labor or installation, as determined by our management. Labor shall be prorated by the month up to twelve months. Failure or defect does not imply or constitute a labor failure or warranty coverage for labor or diagnosis or estimate to repair or towing for repair/estimate of parts or labor or materials.
